My Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Georgia bring over their little beagle, Gretta. Erin has a ton of fun taking her for "a walk" on a leash in our backyard. The two of them enjoy a wagon ride from Georgia...never mind that Gretta had to be coaxed in.
After being away from daddy for a week, Erin is very huggy and clingy when daddy comes to pick mommy and her up at the airport. Dad can't help but thoroughly enjoy it!
Erin hangs with her cousins in Pennsylvania. As you can probably tell, the skateboard is a big hit! She's no "Tony Hawk", but maybe someday. And can you beat picnicking outside when we're just breaking out of winter? And you really can't beat the Easter exhibit with Grammy, Pap, and a boatload of chocolate bunnies along with Sesame Street characters!!! I wonder how many kids hopped the fence and helped themselves to a little chocolate?
We started this blog just before the birth of our daughter Erin in May 2005, and have been keeping it updated as often as we have the time. And now that she has a little brother, Tanner, born in October 2008, we will continue to chronicle the growing stages of the two of them. There are pictures and short statements about many stages of Erin's development into a little girl, and Tanner's into a little boy. It's been a precious ride seeing Erin grow up (she obviously still has a long way to go), and we look forward to doing the same with Tanner. It's been fun to be able to share photo's with others on the blog, and it's an especially nice way to keep all their relatives that live many miles away up to date, which is probably the main reason we're here. Enjoy the many pictures of Erin, Tanner and our family! And of course, we always appreciate your comments.
