Erin enjoyed her first "Broadway" production show. We went with Blake Palm and his mom and dad. The kids were thoroughly entertained. Now the question is, "Do you know what Elmo wants to be when he grows up?" Well, we do, and we're not telling. You'll just have to go see the show yourself.
Erin loved her little red sled....at least after a little coaxing that going down on it was safe. While she wasn't going to have any part in going down by herself, she slowly warmed to the idea of going down in daddy's lap. Never mind that he pretty much needed some Vaseline and a shoe horn to get in and out of the small seat. It was a blast sharing the first sledding experience with her. And our friends Tom and his dog Georgie also came and joined us, which was also very fun! Thanks to mommy for taking all the pictures.
This is our little Picasso at work. Erin actually picked out the hat (had only worn it once...still wondering how she knew it was an "artsy" hat?). We were very happy that she was amenable to wearing the plastic smock....saved the shirt and pants for at least another wear or two.
We started this blog just before the birth of our daughter Erin in May 2005, and have been keeping it updated as often as we have the time. And now that she has a little brother, Tanner, born in October 2008, we will continue to chronicle the growing stages of the two of them. There are pictures and short statements about many stages of Erin's development into a little girl, and Tanner's into a little boy. It's been a precious ride seeing Erin grow up (she obviously still has a long way to go), and we look forward to doing the same with Tanner. It's been fun to be able to share photo's with others on the blog, and it's an especially nice way to keep all their relatives that live many miles away up to date, which is probably the main reason we're here. Enjoy the many pictures of Erin, Tanner and our family! And of course, we always appreciate your comments.
