The bed rest has been really good for Tracy! She's feeling much better, although with only three weeks left, she's not looking to go for a bike ride or anything. The doctor says that all is progressing well, and that the bed rest is working. She's been able to finish school work from home...as we moved the monitor over next to the bed in the guest bedroom/office, so she can lay on her side, type, and move the mouse using her leg as the mouse pad. Works pretty slick if you ask me.
She's thankful for friends and family who call often to check in, chat, or just to keep her apprised of what the nephews in Pennsylvania (Jack, Brian & David) are up to now. Kayli and Elena are helping us brainstorm baby names....funny they only offer up girls names ~ : ).

Our Family
Why the blog?
We started this blog just before the birth of our daughter Erin in May 2005, and have been keeping it updated as often as we have the time. And now that she has a little brother, Tanner, born in October 2008, we will continue to chronicle the growing stages of the two of them. There are pictures and short statements about many stages of Erin's development into a little girl, and Tanner's into a little boy. It's been a precious ride seeing Erin grow up (she obviously still has a long way to go), and we look forward to doing the same with Tanner. It's been fun to be able to share photo's with others on the blog, and it's an especially nice way to keep all their relatives that live many miles away up to date, which is probably the main reason we're here. Enjoy the many pictures of Erin, Tanner and our family! And of course, we always appreciate your comments.
